Pilates uniquely combines stretching, breathing, posture and movement control. It's focused on improving flexibility and strength of the total body. This aids in improving balance and our metabolism whilst toning every muscle of the body.

The best part about Pilates is ANYONE can do it, whether you're a complete beginner or an exercise pro, there are options for everyone. 

I absolutely fell in love with this low impact yet incredibly effective form of exercise during my pregnancy and post-partum journey over the past 3 years. I adored how grounding yet challenging Pilates truly can be, igniting the core strength like nothing else! And getting some serious results in the process is an added bonus. Think about it as ticking off your daily workout, stretch, mobility and stress management all in one session.
