Hi, I’m Jayde
I’m a Mum of 2 delicious little humans, lover of Pilates, nourishing food and a balanced approach to wellbeing.
I know what it’s like to feel burnt out, like you can’t stick to anything and to leave yourself at the bottom of the priority list as a busy Mum. But I equally know what it’s like to be on the flip side of all of this.
As a Qualified Pilates instructor & Registered Clinical Nutritionist, I am on a mission to help other Mum’s get their shine back through movement that fills your battery tank, rather than draining it - paired with sustainable action steps towards a happier, healthier you.
Because; Without the ‘Well’ you are simply just ‘being’.

Nutrition Services
At N.M, we know that all areas of our health are inter-dependant on one another, therefor successful health outcomes truly rely on addressing all areas that affect our wellbeing. The way we do (or don’t) nourish our bodies, Is one of the most influential factors towards our wellbeing.
As an experienced, Clinical Nutritionist, I have the tools and knowledge to help you make small, sustainable changes that pack a big punch!

Supplement Review
This is a 15 minute detailed phone consultation where we will review your key concerns with your current wellbeing and assess what support you require from supplementation. This is a great option if you feel like you have all other areas of your health lined up but may feel like you need some extra support.
During this consultation process, it allows me to run through a health history questionnaire, current supplements and medication taken to ensure there are no safety contraindications with supplementation.
This also enables me to provide practitioner grade supplements to those who would like to gain access to therapeutic grade supplements.
Nutrition Resources
With over 7 years experience working as a Registered Clinical Nutritionist, I have seen a wealth of common ‘sticky points’ when it comes to Nutrition.
With this in mind, I have been creating the ultimate tool kits, recipes and resources to help as many people as I can, at a fraction of the cost of seeing someone for a 1:1 consultation.
Sometimes a little knowledge and fresh Inspo, can be all we need to take a step (or two) in the right direction with our habits.
