I work with time poor woman, fed up with hormonal havoc dulling their shine. Whether this is through PCOS, Endometriosis, Menopause, PMS, Hormonal acne or somewhere in between.
Just like many of my clients, I know time is precious and just how confusing it can be to know where to start with your food and exercise when there’s so much BS floating around the internet.
